Nathaniel Essex - Mr Sinister

Mr. sinister.

For some time i have been thinking about redesign a villain. and there you go!

Mr. Essex.

When i think about the all the times he appeared, and about his motivations and his history, i think that all that stuff is realy good, just a bit messy.

So, i visualised him as a real scientist, that worked with charles darwin, in the vitorian age and he eventualy would enconter En sabah nur, who would transform him into Mr Sinister.

But i decided that scott and jean(and bishop...i decide that im my universe, only bishop would be able to play with timetravel...just like hiro nakamura in HEROES)would try to stop the transformation(since he would be the one stealing Nathan Summers to use against Apocalipse, etc etc) but are, of course, bound to fail.

His prime directives would still be the evolution of the species, and destroy Apocalypse.

Everything must circle around this topics when it comes to plot creation. that makes him a great villain, and yet making you wondering IF he is indeed a villain.

As for his looks, i think he was(and in his mind, still is) a noble person of science, so he must dress as such. I never really understand why sinister uses that (616 universe) armor, he doesnt uses it....he almost never enters a battle(and doesnt realy needs to...) so i imagined him using a fine suit....he doesnt like to dirt his hands anyway.

He doesnt care much about showing up his powers..his powers are just tools to fullfill his destiny as guide of the species, as well as a good laboratory, for example.heheheh

So thats it! My most simple redesign so far........
